Anyone know the lowdown on this car? Even with the fact its a repossessed...it still seems extremely cheap.

RUF modified GT2, 600HP at crank, 500HP dyno at rear wheels.
Very Clean car, 2 owner, serviced by RUF in Dallas, front wrapped in clear shield. Front bumper just replaced due to cracking and road wear. The Michelin PS2 tires have about 70% tread remaing, wheels are scuffed free.
500+ HP at the rear wheels
Interier is very clean, non smoker and all origianl, seats show very wear on bolsters.

You can increase your font size as much as you like. It doesn't change the facts. There is a difference between having a car worked on by Ruf Autocenter (who incidentally no longer carries Ruf products) and "Ruf modified" car.
The GT2 listed has GMG components. Ruf does not have a 600hp conversion for the 996s. The closest kit is the R9610010055 Nardo conversion...and it is listed at 590. It uses a 100 cell Ruf modified/OEM exhaust. What is shown is a GMG exhaust. To call it "Ruf modified" suggests that the ECU and upgraded components come from Ruf. Let's see the invoice.

just about everyone in dallas gets their porsche serviced at the Ruf auto center, might be a good idea to ask what they did to the car.

Can't you make the font any larger? If you do it might actually make what you are trying to imply true.

Regardless of whether it has RUF parts or not...60k for GT2 still seems low to me. I'm not interested in buying the car just why its priced as such. Just thought I share with other enthusiasts that it was available...

Have word on this car from a friend at Champion Porsche, guy who owns it is in a financial bind and needs to sell the car cheap, and unload it asap hence the price... What a steal if it is indeed a clean car!!!

who cares if its modified by RUF, or not , if the car is clean , i say go for it . its a great deal. RUF i think is is way way overpriced for what you get ,and actually their cars are kinda slow .... id rather have gmg parts on my car then RUF anyway...

The mods may have been installed by Ruf. But there is nothing on that car that is Ruf, to my knowledge. If the ECU was flashed by them that would be all I suspect. The shop that modified my car is Driver Source, they also service my car. To say my car is "Driver Source modified" and "serviced by Driver Source" would be an accurate statement but not one of the parts on my car are made by Driver Source. As someone mentioned above the exhaust is a GMG unit, the interior lacks any RUF products which is usually where RUF makes their presence known. The car appears to have a K&N in the stock airbox with a GMG hose kit as well.
