I do a two-part movement when shifting - alway have, always will

I move from the gear I'm in into neutral, then into the next gear
I've never banged from one gear to the next

Second to third has always been a slow shift for me in this car
I've got a B&M shifter installed at present, so might go for a 997 shifter soon

I don't mind the slightly longer throw, just want it to be a bit slicker

Hell, he asked me what the numbers meant. I told him that was how long you were supposed to press the gas when the stick was in that position.

cool to see so many of you in Houston. Do you guys ever get together? I don't do much other than HC&C and occasionally attend the HPD Tuesday night dinners.

Paulie and Jitsu are rarely let out of their assisted living residences and Blackwhorse spends most of his social expeditions in Montrose.
