2005 Players Run
#4
I see from the schedule the run goes to San Diego on the 7th. Anyone know what time they're leaving LA? Wouldn't mind jumping on them as they pass through San Onfre. Nothing better to do than run down some other cars..............................

Yeah same here I think they need to make more entertaining routes. Something like LA to the Florida keys or something, it would be cool if they could leave the country to Mexico, or NY to Miami to Cancun via Ferry, but I don't know about security issues that can come up with a route like that.

The whole point of this year's run was to limit the actual driving to about 5 hours per day and focus more on the social events such as track days, helicopeter rides, parties, etc.
Personally, I think that makes it a good alternative to a reckless event like Gumball where most of the event is pulling crazy stunts on public highways.

Why does it say free event when there is an entry fee?
Also, is it possible to check out the party without doing the route? I guess it's a private party. I'd be interested in checking out the rides and party in SF.
