You won't find one listed for that price....it is all about the negotiation...I think the $30K's 996 tt is going to be short lived so act fast!! These cars IMHO represent the deal of the century in the Porsche Turbo model year lineup right now..

 

You are correct on the negotiation part, my car was listed at $39K when i found it.
