New Forgestar F14's Installed Today!

Hey Ken,
The initial problem was not with offsets but rather with hub rings, lug bolts and center caps.
We are currently testing the water for an 18" solution here:
https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...r-18-f14s.html
However these will not be available in 12" rear GT2 fitment.

as for me, i'm not waiting for that since i'd like wheels this year so i'll be using the insert ring and ugly *** FS center caps. but at least i'll have my f14's in 8.5x18 X 12x18's.
and when they do finally come in, i hope you have some of those ps2's left, as i'm still running on a set of 315/30 rears that originally came from you. amazing price!

No GB was ever attempted on the 18" F14s Porsche specific. We are the first company to try it. We are confident it would work as we have had group buys on various forums that had over 20 buyers for Forgestar wheels. Problem is our GB thread have been relegated to the vendor classifieds where you guys simply barely go and because of that, it might not work.

i was not hoping to diminish your efforts, and would have even become one of the "group", if one yet exists. but for the reasons i mentioned, chose to go ahead and order as i wanted them sooner than a tentative group buy will get. as i understand it, it's a mfg setup deal. but you know your business, i don't.
in fact, i'll be pissed if i get my non hubcentric wheels and they then announce the porsche specific fitment in ( OEM! duh..). again, i do hope you're successful in this, and wasn't trying to kill joy. just passing along what i was told. since presumably you're getting your info from the same source as the vendor i'm communicating with.

Yeah, it was harmless, just got the car dirty so I had to take the front off and vacuum the radiators and chipped a small wooden splitter extension I had on my front lip. Could not make the left at Albuquerque.
