so you actually did a proper boost leak test ? and re checked all the vacume line ?

HI,,I know this might sound bad........But....Why dont you just put the stock stuff back on since you said the car ran fine until this??..Has Vivid tryed to help with this? This seems like it has been a headache for you and it has not improved with all your trouble shooting??....Maybe it just was not met to be.....LOL....Good Luck

i have the same problem with my stock carrera, it does it at random speeds and in random gears though, we've tried everything we can think of, replaced throttle, checked all the wiring, it went away for a while but just happened again yesterday, mechanic says replacving the dme is the only thing left to do so we will try that next

John this is excactly what I do, put back the stock throttle, so I let you know hows going when I finish.

Well, I'm finish, I swap the AP trottle body for the stock trottle body and the car is running perfect!!! no more intermittent limp mode

When you installed the new TB , did you retune the car ?

Are you sure you installed it well ?

Did vivid try to help you out to solvr this issue ?
