Have you driven an atom? They look like a lot of fun.

Correct sir. These turbos simply hit too hard, especially at the apex.

An e46 (not vert however) M3 is also a good choice.

Less than 96 hours til Texas Mile and my car is in pieces.. BBI is overnighting the fittings. Also, we ordered the Billet Crank pulley from Evoms. And I finally installed my Hans on my helmet and my Carrera GT seats.

Last edited by BlackHorseTurbo; 03-19-2012 at 05:37 PM. Reason: BBI promised to send the fittings.

looks good Todd. I am sure Steve is so glad there is no tiptronic gearbox attached to that engine

If you are daily driving that car I hope you have some serious padding on that roll cage or wear that helmet every time you drive!

Of course I don't daily this car man. And if I did, the roll bar would not need to be padded. Lol

I like your thinking -- if you have to fix something, might as well do an upgrade at the same time!

Yea, I'm just kicking myself for not doing this as preventative maintenance a couple months ago what I had the motor out.

If your head goes behind the seat and hits the bar I think you'll have more problems LOL!

Unless you have a custom cage all the Porsche roll bars go behind the seats.

What up MT? How have you been? I bet that Z will fly bro. I'll be there Thursday night hanging out with Mike Bailey. The weather Friday looks to be ideal. Where are you going to park?

Dang, that's what sucks about this problem. There are 8 possible fail points and you have to strip the top of the motor to get them. Ugh!
