I think I found cheap 19's for Tracking - need advice
After having no luck finding cheap 19" wheels on all the Porsche Forums, I was about to give up. Then I went to Ebay and found a set of 19"s for only $1370.
EdgeRacing
I think they actually look very nice. For this price I would consider buying these. This way I don't have to remove my 15" Brembos.
Any advice about this company would be appreciated.
thanks,
Fred

fred,
be careful. these MAY NOT clear ur BIG brake kit.
i have a set of EdgeRacing wheel for my mini in the for sell forum. reason is the same, couldn't clear the huge brake. knowing that is different car, this might not be the case, but better do some research b4 pull the trigger!
in this case, i think only custom made wheels can solve the problem, like my Kinesis u'll call that's close...

Fred:
Assuming you can find adequate track rubber for 19" wheels, these are not the ideal width/offset for your car, especially the rear at 10" w/ET40mm. Also, at 29+lbs they're pretty heavy. I'm pretty sure that you can order some 18" Kinesis or Fikse non-reverse wheels with the proper width/offset that can clear your brakes and have a wide selection of great track rubber. Of course, the Kinesis/Fikse wheels will cost a tad more that $1350.
