Car running like crap

For the past month my car was just running like CRAP. Very slow no power. I took the car to get checked out at the dealer, and they could NOT figure out what was wrong with the car. They went as far as saying that the ECU was bad and that I should buy a new ECU and get it reflashed. Needless to say I removed the ECU and sent it out to Steve (IMAGINE AUTO). Steve reply to me was that was NOTHING wrong with the ECU. MIke from EVO suggested to check the plugs and coils. So I went back to dealer, but this time I had the car checked out by another tech. He find out was was wrong within 15 minutes.......

2 broken spark plugs and two bad coil packs. BTW, the dealer serviced the car about month ago and swore up and down that they did nothing wrong.

The car runs like a BAT OUT IF HELL!!!!!!!!

Marc is Right

Luis and Champion are the best. I have been going there since 1990. I bought my 01 turbo used from the Collection a few years ago. The salesman was great, car was great. When I returned the car a few weeks later for some warranty work they f--ked my car up. By the time I drove 10 miles I was heading back. I heard a pop and I lost power. The mechanic there went for a ride with me and said everything was fine (he did me a favor because he was so busy, f--king up other guys cars I am sure). I drove it to the Carolinas and thought I must be so used to the car that it just does not feel powerful anymore. When I complained to Luis at Champion, I told him the turbo was no big deal and I was sorry I sold my 993. 10 minutes after they looked at it they discovered a turbo hose off. On top of that the service advisors at the Collection arrogant and bull sh-ters. I was going to send an e mail to the owner (I think Hugo Columbo) but thought they should have called me after the service, which they didn't. From what I know about business, the staff always reflects the owner, so F them. They need to forget about the fancy cakes and food and hire some mechanics. The moral to the story-well you can figure it out.

Glad you got her back Orlando. Thanks for the info on the auto super shield - Pepe did an awesome job...well worth the $$.

Had similar experiences @ Collection until I met Rich. He is a good guy and knows what he is doing more than anyone else there.

Talking follow up

just to follow up on this incident....It was rich who finally rectified the problem so kudos to him. He continues to carry the dead weight there.

Other than Rich I happen to enjoy the latinas, lemmon poppy seed muffins and espresso machine.

I heard they were adding an asian spa...happy ending if you put cash down on a car
