Another K16 billet build

Well I have started down the mod slippery slope

K16 billets from Sam Ahdoot
IPD turbo blankets and header blankets
N71 diverters
Evoms intake kit
Evoms gt2 clutch kit
5 bar reg
AP 3" Y tube
AP large throttle body and plenum kit
911 tuning 4 1/2 " intercoolers
HSF4 meth injection
Turbosmart boost controller
Evoms pulley kit
GT3 front brake kit for Suncoast parts
pinned water pipes
new fuel pump and venturi setup
new MAF
new fuel filter
changed Spark plugs
new coils
new air filter
some interior mods
new Mich PS rubber
KW V3 coilovers
H&R sways F & R
new coolant tank
Europipe stage 2 quiet
new spoiler hydraulics kit

the idea behind the y pipe and b6 intercoolers was to reduce restrictions and allow a larger plenum for the meth/water injection to atomize before the throttle body, It may a total miss but we will see I can always go back to the stock y pipe and gt2 rs intercoolers

Softronic is just doing the tuning and we just did our first pull we are no working on the boost controller setup/ waste gate tension to get things where we want and Scott will finish the tune. So far we are at 635 WHP will post final dyno sheet when done. The Dyno reads high I was @ 440whp with K16's and a flash before the mods started on this Dyno. All the work is being done by Auto Edge, MN

Why would the dyno read high if you dyno'd 440whp with a flash on K24's? That actually sounds low to me.

Yep I meant k16's stock turbo's non x50, I just corrected it.
Thanks for pointing it out. I say its high because it never felt like 440 hp may be it reads low. It is not the number but the differential on the before and after charts I look at

Another thing, who pinned your coolant fittings? Were they pinned before the engine was removed? How many fittings did you pin in all?

I mentioned the pinning in the Mod list. I believe 8 see pics below all work was while engine was out all work performed by Auto Edge.
There are two pins in the last pic circled in thin red circle kinda hard to see.
