How much damage am I doing?

I have a horrible driveway grade and the only way in/out is too go in at a crazy angle which puts me on 3 wheels briefly... something to see for sure but not sure if this is damaging to the chassis or not?? I just got the car this weekend and have 2 immediate plans;

1. ATV loading racks for the time being(rated at 1250lbs per side, since one wheel will be planted this should be fine)
2. demo existing driveway and re-pour new one with reasonable grade($5k) which my wife is crazy about, LOL, but will be done within next month.

I'm up on 3 wheels for most aggressive driveways as well. Should be fine. These cars are tougher than you think. Been doing it for years to avoid ripping off my lip.

No issues doing this (3 wheels), but do the driveway already...then you can install coilovers and lower the car!

my driveway required the 3 wheel motion also. Had an agency power carbon fiber lip on my car, which still scrubbed a little bit. Finally accidentally ripped it off backing out of the driveway one day, then RAN over it! Back to the factory lip!

Im a very lucky guy because the city ripped the lower part of my driveway out to do a utility upgrade on my street, so i got a FREE driveway out of it...now, i have no scraping issues, and no more 3 wheel motion!

i also have a "three wheeled" driveway situation. it was causing abs/psm cel's which would show up either at the time i maneuvered the in/out parking.. or shortly thereafter. once i stopped parking in my driveway, my cels stopped. it also tweaks my drop links and probably even my sway bars. i can hear that. given i just replaced all that stuff, i'm now walking up my driveway.

i think it's a crimped wire or wheel speed sensor which are all cheaper to fix than re-grading my 2nd level parking.

Cool, I felt bad but also know when they are racing and getting after it they are on three wheels too occasionally. The driveway will be done soon so I can get those coilovers this summer

the coolest thing is you can come out of the car (handbrake applied) and rock the car side to side.

you'll look like super man.

wow, I don't think I have ever been up a driveway on 3 wheels and I have seen some pretty bad driveways. I know a Ferrari guy who had asphalt poured to flatten out the curb of his driveway. I was surprised the city allowed that because it seems like it would block water drainage.

probably is flexing the rubber motor mounts and the trans mount pretty good but these should be upgraded on these older cars anyway.
