Billy,
I just read this. That sucks. I don't think the PC will work. A key is going to create a local deep gouge. The PC with a polish works by taking a super thin layer of clear coat off. I am not familiar witht he Langka product but it may be worth a try. You risk nothing as the fallback position will be the bodyshop.
Good luck buddy.

A Happy ENDING....

I took the car to Detailing Dynamics in Mineola, NY and with their amazing skills they made the hideous scratch seem to vanish in thin air.

They polished, compounded, wetsanded, etc. etc. and it came out FANTASTIC!!! They used 3 different machines a number of different pads, etc. Whatever magic they used...it worked!!!

I polished, compounded, etc. yesterday and nothing but a long key mark.

These guys are truly the masters of what they do and I will be going back for sure. I can only say excellent things about these guys!

If in doubt, check out their facility and the type of cars they work on! I had the clear bra installed by them and to this day..no peeling, etc. Looks like new with exception of a few rock chips, etc.

NOW my lot is armed with Night vision technology cameras...so any fool that tries to screw around will be caught and severly beat with a 460cc Titainum Driver!

In fact Eddie is coming to my house Sunday to install the clear bra on my new carbon hood and add some pieces to the bulges in the rear quarters on my wife's M3

Is it the new Taylor Made that has the customizable/adjustable weights? That would be cool, you could kick the guy's *** with precision and accuracy tailored to your swing!

Seems like if you key a Enzo and get caught it would be a felony considering the amount of property damage. Can you imagine the repair cost and depreciation value?

Isn't there a certain value that when you exceed it it escalates the charges?

I may be wrong but I believe anything over $250. At least that is the case with theft issues. I once had an employee steal from me and the police informed me that the charges would escalate from petty theft (under $250) to felony theft (over $250) if I could prove loss. Needless to say, I have a heart and can't imagine pressing felony charges against someone for that amount.

His Enzo has lost so much value anyway, its his daily driver, it has chips all over it and he fixed the keying job, but still.

This is him.
