I think there was a pic floating around here of this car before it was "finished". If I remember correctly, it had a black hood on it, same wheels and was already ultra slammed. The exhaust looks weird too. I wonder if its even a real TT. What a shame.

Those are 20" wheels and the car is riding on air suspension. It's based on a 996 TT. There's a thread on flat-6.net where the owner has been posting about it in the 996 section if you more info direct from the owner:
