996 Turbo/GT2 650 HP Germany

hello,
I live in Germany near Munich. I read here in this forum for quite some time. I would like to imagine my car.
It is a 996 GT2 original Clubsport with some modifications.

-k24 charger (original) with large compressor
-injectors 630cc (siemens deka)
-sachs clutch of 890 nm
-2.5 "intake
-intercooler from 911-tuning.com
-big manifolds
-5 Bar petrol pressure regulator
-second 044 bosch fuel pump
-forge pop offs
-exhaust system 3.5 "

Boost pressure is 1.4 bar consistently

here some pictures.

We have a hobby workshop for us and make our own modifications.

Can you give some more details on your fuel pump modifications?, a schematic, supplemental pump used. Do you still use the venturi pickups?

it is the original petrol pump by 996 gt2
an additional 044 bosch pump is installed. Both lines parralel to suck and go in a line.
for the bosch pump, I built myself a holder for fixing on the original pump.

I have a relay between the powersupply of the original power line is clamped.

at home I have a picture of the current running schedule. I'm looking for it and upload it.

Thanks for posting a very informative and interesting thread!!

I do have a question though. Your dyno says 652 engine hp but that 5.4s 100-200 is more like 650 whp. Do you know which it is? (crank hp vs. wheel hp)

Welcome to the 6!!!

Mike

+1 !!!! Wanted to ask the same thing, with A30s & full supporting mods I doubt I will do (easily) 5.4s 100-200 even on racegas @1.5x bar. We except decline slopes. I think those turbos spool perfectly for 100-200 runs.

Congrats on a really nice car

I think consistant and corrected (to zero slope) 100-200 runs in 6.0 Sec. is what you get with 600 crank HP in a 996 GT2.
997 GT2 RS Spec VTG Cars (ca. 630 crank HP) usually do 100-200 in 5.6 Sec.
