Are Corbeau seats any good, or just for show?

Are Corbeau seats any good, or just for show?
I'm impressed with their product offering, but turned off by the photo gallery, which is mostly ricers. I am dedicated to getting track/racing (reclining, though) seats and 5-point harnesses, after the event with Ben (yes, I know it won't guarantee my safety, but it is something I wanted to do anyway and now I'm very driven to be as safe as possible out there).
I've looked into Cobra and Sparco as well, but the Corbeau has some designs I really like (TRS, CR1) and I believe do custom fabrics like alcantara on request. I'd have to come close to matching my graphite grey interior.
Any experience with Corbeau seats?

I would be hesistant to gamble on seats. Corbeaus might very well be similar in build and integrity to the offerings of larger manufacturers, but the Recaros, Sparcos, etc. benefit from favorable reviews, lengthy track records, and phenomenal reputations. I would opt for the established brands. Just my two cents.

A friend of mine that drove rally in AUS for a while advised me not to get them for my car. She said the material tends to fall apart after about three years. I've heard this a couple other places too. I plan on getting a set of recaro SPDs for my car, since I can't fit in a bride BRIX.
