Any good experiences? Since this seems to be the weak link on many cars I looked at, I think I want to get some referrals on good shops. OC preferred.

No particular example. Just thinking more about dying leather or re-upholstery for seats and steering wheel in general.

I'm currently still looking at buying a 996 TT. Just in case I come across one that is mechanically sound but the interior needs a little work, I'd like to know if there are some local people than can restore it.

Just went to a tech session at La Jolla Audio and they have a guy there that does amazing work. No pictures but you can see his work there. They also had a guy that does custom auto reconditioning. If you want their numbers let me know.
