So, it turns out that Porsche of San Antonio won't do a prepurchase inspection.
I'm looking for a recommendation for a shop to take a look at a 996 that I won't see until I go buy it.
Any thoughts about:
Jones Autowerks,
DBC tuning,
Foreign Specialists
??

 

I used Jones Autowerks for a few years when I had my 944 Turbo Cup. They are very honest and highly knowledgeable. If you have any of the old Porsche Club Magazines you can see that all of the key technical articles, 356 restoration articles, etc. were written by Bob Jones or his father. Of note they were also the original Porsche Dealer in San Antonio.

Highly Recommended.
