9mm wheel spacers = wobble wobble
I've fitted some 9mm spacers to my front wheels and am getting some wheel wobble
I've removed and refitted them a few times, and have used the peg/tool thing to make sure they're fitted correctly
The spacers are completely flat, and don't have a hubcentric lip on them like the other spacers that I own
The wheels do still sit on the lip on the hubs/discs, but only just
I'm wondering, are 9mm spacers without a lip on them too much?
Do they need a lip on them to ensure the wheels are correctly centred and to avoid wobble, or is there something else which could be at fault?

Still very new to Porsche but typically with small spacers without lip, you should use hub extenders. I know H&R makes them for BMW.
This is indeed very dangerous! I know cases where people snapped off the bolts!

Thanks guys!!! - its appreciated
Just to be clear, it's the feedback/shaking through the steering wheel that I'm talking about
The other spacers I have are 15mm cargraphic
They have a hub centric lip on them, but they're too wide for my current set up
I've seen quite a few spacers available without a hub centric lip - Are any of them ever worth considering?
ie; it sounds like the 9mm ones I've got are too wide to use without a hub centric lip, but what about a 6mm spacer?
Would a 6mm spacer be thin enough for the wheels to still sit on the hub, or are they always a no-go?
Thanks

Measuring the hub should give you the answer but I personally would never use small spacers without hub extenders. I'm sure someone makes them for Porsche. This is what they look like for BMW; snaps right on the hub.

7mm non hub centric leaves enough "hub" to work great. You need hub centric spacers after 7mm. Make sure you use the correct bolts!

That's why Porsche puts them on several cars as standard equipment at the factory like the GT3 for example.
If done properly there is absolutely no issue with them.

would have to agree with that...
