New Clutch Acting Weird
Hi Guys, it's been a while...
A few years ago I switched to the EVO GT2 slave conversion deal. Originally, I had the non-organic material (?) with very little play, quite firm and a consistent high engagement point. I eventually burnt that out and this time replaced it with the easier to modulate organic material. I had the clutch repaired late last fall and didn't drive the car until this spring.
There have been some rather strange things happening since I first started driving the car since the dealer installed the clutch last fall:
Any thoughts?
Best regards, Mike

There have been some rather strange things happening since I first started driving the car since the dealer installed the clutch last fall:
- When I first brought the car out of the garage, the clutch pedal went down, but never came back up. I had to reach down and pull it back into position. This only happened 1 time.
- The engagement point and clutch firmness is continually changing. One day it will be high and firm. The next day it will be low and soft. Driving home from work today it switched back and forth multiple times.
Any thoughts?
Best regards, Mike
