I did not like how little the end tank was and decided to add some volume and help direct the air. Thats what my minds eye came up with. Thanks for the interest.

this car is sooo much more than just the motor.
Tim, post pics of the wiring.
the wiring (the car was completely rewired) looks like it came from the factory. every single wire.
also, the suspension, and aerodynamic enhancements this car will have is going to be 2nd to none.
i have an unshakable confidence that this WILL be the fastest 996 turbo on the planet.. mind you its still a 3.6 with a stock head gasket..

I applaud your ingenuity. This is a slight redesign of the platform. Very cool. Question:
Tim, why move the turbo's to the back? I can see some benefits like cooler exhaust air, maybe better air flow characteristics at the expense of more weight behind the rear wheels and no real place to install a full working exhaust(at least from the pics). Of course it sure makes the turbo's easy to work on

I wanted better air into the turbos. keep the turbos from soaking the engine bay with heat. way easier to mess with plugs/coils. Exhaust system was never on my list, straight pipes save life's I also wanted to use a cross over pre turbo so both turbos see the same exhaust psi, plus if one gate fails (happened to me) the other one can pick up the slack instead of over spinning one turbo and stalling the other.
