Put bigger turbos on...car makes less power

for whatever its worth when my turbo accord with a built motor burnt a ring and broke a ringland it had ZERO smoke. just loss in power. i hope thats not the issue here !!

mechanic pulled plugs yesterday and is checking heads and will do a compression test today

compression tested at 170 across all cylinders...leak down of 5-8%
going to try some vp109 fuel instead of this shell 110 octane...this might be causing some tuning issues
put new plugs in and drained the tank...will test later today

we are going to take off the mufflers and try it once without to see if somehow the exhaust is causing any issues
i am 99% sure they already checked this, but per tim's suggestion, have them check to make sure its properly going into high lift
if without the muffler is not different i am going to just have them just fab up some fender intakes and i will actually drive it...it could just be the dyno/tip combination

took muffler off and no additional power
i would drive car on the st but it would have to put back together and fender intakes fabed up....mechanic says car feels underpowered and the dyno doesn't lie (has had 3 other cars on dyno recently).
he checked high lift at idle and it seems to be working fine
we are out of ideas...he made sure no intake leaks, engine was compression and leakdown tested, logs look ok...timing could be improved but we are just too far off, and we just tried without the muffler to eliminate the exhaust variable...
