Put bigger turbos on...car makes less power

I recently made a few changes to my car including a new OEM fuel pump, 5" intercoolers and a new EBC. I also swapped my alpha 28 turbos for alpha 3076s. The car is making 20% less power on the dyno and my load is down by ~20%. The logs look good, the boost is stable and the AFRs are spot on.

Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

Thanks!

My guess would be a bum tune. Look at the logs and see how high the timing goes at WOT... Also could be a boost leak.

Tuner said logs look good. We thought intake piping was keeping power down so this is on a mafless tune with filters on the turbo for the dyno.

Do you have a fault code(air mass)in the DME memory since you are running mafless tune?

Gotta be something wrong. Keep looking. I'm sure you'll figure it out and make lots of power.

Good luck!

Are you overlaying 1bar and 1.3bar dyno sheets?

boost looks like its coming on super slow which could be a by product of a boost controller. your peak tq is 530 at 4300rpm, when i ran those on pump/meth at 1.5bar i was getting 530 at 4000rpm and 590tq peak having the gates crack at 13psi.

i would check the wastegates too and your boost control, maybe try running N75 for boost control.
