Thanks AMS for continuing to support your old car and helping me along the way with things........

I have been having a few issues and they have been helpful with trying to sort things out.

Ahhh yeah you have to love modded cars, always more issues, always more tissues.

Glad to hear that things are working out for you.

Lol. That may be true but modded cars will always put a bigger smile on your face than unmodified cars. I bet once it's back up and running again you'll be smiling. Though probably more because your wallet is not getting any lighter lol.

I have significantly fewer issues with my modded car than with my previous car which is stock. Sorry to hear of your issues. We are not right either, when our cars aren't.

Well three new fuel pumps later and I just might be good to go.

Man did I find a bunch of crap in my fuel tank. Drained it and sucked the junk out with the shop vac; it is now a clean gas tank, I was quite surprised to see how much was in the tank. It was some thin light tan material that was the consistency and texture of human skin!!!! Weird.

I changed out the stock in tank VDO fuel pump for a Bosch 040, on my car all that pump does is fill the stock basket that the pump mounts in. Then two Bosch 044's suck from the stock basket and feed the rest of the car into a 5 bar fuel reg. The two Bosch 044's replaced 2 walbro 392's that were there.

Now I have to see if the two 044's are pushing to much fuel for the stock return line to handle.
