They didnt finish it up the swap because the Dyno operator had to leave right on time today..
So car is still there and now has some new scuff and scratch marks in the corner of the rear bumper..
Its suppose to be hotter tomorrow..
With all this BS that has transpired for this swap from the beginning, maybe it wasnt meant to be??
I PRAY it will be worth it after the Dyno run tomorrow...

Well , It did improve HP by 14 and TQ by 24.
It improve from the test runs,3000 rpm to 6800 rpm inthe whole curve..
Toke pictures of car and Dyno runs on cell..Going to learn how to transfer them .

just copy the dynojet .drf files and then you can overlay them at home using the dynojet free WinPep 7 program and see where you got what gains. its a really neat program and is nice to keep all of your run files.... not just pictures or prints.

NOW going over all data comparing average runs, not best and worse ones like the dealer showed me..Its pretty close with a slight advantage between 4500rpm to 6500 rpm with the 74mm set-up. Sorry.
They put up a 1st run ,74 mm, today against a 3 rd run with the stock, difference was nice but not fair.
NOW I compared the first good news of each,And the middle runs of both.
I LEARNED AGAIN, that a good Dyno operator is worth his weight in gold to get true results.
THEY can give wrong results if not comparing temps and round.

makes sense - i would expect the peak gains to be nominal. overlay the charts and take a look at midrange and spool and post PICS !!!

John,
Your signature says AWE intercoolers. Don't they supply the hoses that neck down to an OEM fitting for the OEM Y-Pipe? If you are using those necked down hoses, you have a bottleneck at the Y-Pipe and the larger throttle body will not receive all the air it could, if you had full 2.5" hose & 2.5" Y-Pipe legs to a large, 75mm outlet on the "Y" to flow match the TB. I'm not sure exactly what you have, I'm just guessing, but if this is the case, you may want to further modify the intake track to maximize the air flow.

John remember dynos can very even Dynojet 2WD dyno's sometimes 15-20rwhp depending on age/amount of use, etc.
It's hard to get a back to back comparison regardless on a dyno (hell even on the track).
We are plan on testing our personal Dynojet vs my buddies local shop I use when the car is not at Boost Logic. We want to see the variation since they are both 248 Model's with 3000lb per drum and are 3 miles apart.
