I wasn't suggesting you share your build to prove anything, most people are on this forum to learn and share; most car enthusiast jump at the chance to talk about there toys... obviously a misunderstanding on my part.
Because I really do not feel the need to tell the whole 6speed community all the Mods on my car in list form. The original post was not meant to become a pee'ing contest. Some people will just never believe it no matter what, or some will just need endless amounts of proof no matter what....
AKA, GPS is not good enough I need Vbox proof, and on and on and on.
There are many members on here that have much higher HP cars. Not my thing at all.
What I have is a very well built and very well balanced car that just happened to go well over 200mph and some just do not believe it or they are skeptical; it is their God given right to be such if they want to just as it is mine to remain silent as to all my Mods.

Hey guys,,Not that it matters BUT Engine Guy 'finally' did say what he had today in a Thread about K16g's. He said he has K16g's and his build was by AMS..I believe he said he ran pump gas only and is around 600HP.

There will always be a some that poo poo anothers accomplishments.
Congratulations on accomplishing what few will try, a top speed run regardless of distance. It is a testament to the porsche metzger motor, to AMS and to your lack of fear
Anyhow, awesome speed! the fastest i have ever gone was 191mph and that was scary as ****.

Based on what you posted johnspeed as far as mods, I don't see how this car could hit that speed on a 2 mile runway. I'm not saying it's impossible for the car to reach that as a top speed, but I don't see how it could reach that speed and stop in 2 miles.

Wow, I believe the number based on the gearing which was indeed changed. If you take a Cd of .33 with a frontal area of 22sq.ft., the Hp needed to reach 223 mph is 540 bhp.
The 1000 hp cars are getting there in a mile, but lesser power cars will take much longer to get there. I have no clue how long, but 2 miles or more makes sense to me. There is nothing here that isn't impossible based on the numbers.

He's said it needed a few things since then, and IIRC he's mentioned doing some suspension mods (Ohlins shocks, adj. links) and a new RPS triple carbon clutch... not sure what else.
I agree that keeping mods secret is a little strange when you openly participate on a car-enthusiast forum, but hey to each his own I guess. Some people want to keep things under the radar for one reason or another, I suppose.
