Manual Clutch/Gearbox related questions

Had the clutch replaced in my 996 911TT a few weeks after I brought it (was slipping before I brought iton boost),so unsure if it was doing this beforehand..

The gearstick,if I do a "quick" shift,it seems to become loose and click from the middle where the silver part is on the gear ****,and not go into gear properly. It will feel like as if it is but not go fully in and depressing clutch makes it crunch, only seems to affect reverse,3rd and 5th when it does this?? It will then randomly fix itself and go back to being fine,as long as i'm not changing gears quick (when giving it some boost) it'll be fne during daily driving.
Example, putting into reverse,it's appears to be fully in reverse position but then depress clutch and crunching

Is there anything in the gear shift area that can make this happen and come loose,or is this to do with the cables that link the gearknob to the gearbox?

Also, have a slight leak of clutch fluid, from looking at the car it's a drop every 25/30 seconds when the car is on, coming from the gearbox to engine mount area. Any obvious areas which leak here or could this be a result of the garage not doing work properly??

I'm taking it back there tomorrow,it has been two months since I had the clutch changed but I onyl saw the leak last night, help eliminate any worries or gives me an incidcation of how much it'll cost to fix

Thanks for the help, did a search here which didn't answer my questions regarding the gearknob but saw this which makes me think something loose/clicking within the OEM struvture in my car?

I have that same behavior now where it seems to be all the way in gear but isn't. I didn't have this behavior with the stock clutch, but I've now gone to a full GT2 conversion with a Clutchmasters FX300 with LWFW. I also have a factory short shifter. I have no idea which part of the new clutch system causes this behavior versus stock since I changed so much all at once. Now that I know it happens, I'm more careful about shifting and ensuring it's all the way in gear versus the tiny little bit out of gear where it causes it to grind.
