Brake Fluid Warning then PSM warning

Well, I did a search and read all 5 pages of what I found but not sure exactly the cause of this.

So for the past few days when I start my car, I get the Brake Fluid Warning light on the dash. Twice while driving the car and making a right hand turn somewhat sharply, I get the PSM warning light on. So it is only the Brake and PSM light, not the ABS lights. I am assuming they go hand in hand and is causing my PSM failure?

I am going to go out and check the brake fluid.

Stability control systems like PSM are designed to show a warning whenever there is a brake system fault of any kind. So don't assume that you have 2 problems.

It's most likely just low brake fluid in your reservoir. Take and look and get back to us!

When was the last time you bled/replaced your fluid? What about the last time you checked the fluid level?

Thanks, checked the fluid level and it was a little low. I topped off the reservoir and took her for a quick spin. So far no brake warning light. I will drive the car today and make some hard right turns to see if I can trigger the PSM failure light.

Also it has probably been over 2 years since the brake fluid been changed. (But I don't track the car or drive much) I guess that is the next thing on my agenda to do. Thanks.
