Strange Noise Depress Clutch (video)

Good Morning fellow 6 Speed members!
Long time lurker, first time poster. So I picked up my first 996TT, and my car makes an odd noise when the clutch pedal is fully depressed. (see vids)
The car is 100% stock, with 31,000 miles on the ODO. Any ideas? I could take more vids or anything to help diagnose. Thanks guys!

Please excuse the filty shoes, theyre my garage pair! Heh… Sorry I couldnt figure out how to embed.

I assume it's real hard to press it in, likely clutch accumulator and possibly clutch slave. Many recommend replacing them together, when my accumulator went at 19K I just did the accumulator, and all is well with the slave and accumulator 11k later.

You will be surprised how easy it goes in after its fixed, many convert to the gt2 setup because of this, lack of feel and modulation of the clutch assist. Plenty of info on the forums re: these topics.

FYI, mine creaked and moaned when my accumulator was bad.

I had my slave replaced under warranty, at a dealer for a very similar noise.

I can't get the video to work as I'm on the 6speed app but if it creaks like an old rocking chair when you depress the clutch it's from dry bushings on the rod that connects the throw out bearing. Not much you can do about it unless you pull the tranny and grease it.
Plus side it hurts nothing and you'll be fine.
Negative side it's annoying to hear.
If you can live with the noise wait till you upgrade/replace the clutch. Kills two birds with one stone.
It's also very common. Mines been like that for years now.

Hey guys,
Thanks for all the tips / ideas. Also, I started my car and let it run for 20 seconds, then turned the car off and pumped the clutch pedal about 20 times and it became hard to press. Is this an indication that my accumulator is working properly? Also, my clutch engagement is very low within the clutch pedal stroke.
