9 inch fronts on 996 turbo

I know I should have gotten 8.5 fronts but its too late. Bought some used wheels that are 18x9 front and 18x11 rear. I was hoping to run my stock 225/40/18 fronts and 295/30/18 rears but I fear that the front 225 will look "stretched to bead up on this wide a wheel. If I go to a 235/30/18 front will I have trouble moving the rears up to the 315/30/18 as the dimensions of this new combo is within acceptable tolerances for the AWD. I just want to know what the 225 might look like on a nine and will a 315 fit on the rear with 32mm offsets. Help ASAp before I buy new tires.

The 225 on a 9 will not look good at all...pretty stretched out

I've seen some wheels that have pretty stretched tires and it can look good. I don't know what degree you would be at but a little stretch is bad at all imo.

I don't see how you'd have a problem with going bigger, or just going bigger in the front and keeping the 295s in the rear.
