I'm debating on either classic or Lm20. Post up pics of your car w/ classic or LM20
thanks!

FYI - I was recently told by two staff members at CCW that they will no longer make 18" classics for the 996TT. As a result I bought a set off of a 944 track car and am in the process of building a set to my specs =) Also be aware that the design of an LM20 will NOT allow for a 5x130 bolt pattern.

If you cannot find a set pre-owned you might want to speak to CCW directly and see if they will make you a set, maybe you will have better luck than I did.

Out of curiosity, any indication as to why?

I was told that the rears are prone to "breaking" due to the small sidewall of our tire sizes and the amount of power/traction these cars exhibit. They offered to make me a 17" for the rear, but since the car is a street car I did not want to run a 17" rear 18" front, though lots of big power drag guys do it all of the time, it's just not my style.

Got the same response about a month ago. I was really surprised that they couldn't make me a set of Classics. They are amazing looking wheels. The LM20s are nice too. Look at these rears for a Camaro

I'm a fan of the classics. I have a set on my supra with a 18"/17" setup.

Same here... I have the 18/17 combo in shotpeened black with polished lips. Looks really nice on my Supra.

I inquired about have a set of Classics made for my 996TT and they told me no...

Didn't know that LM20's weren't possible either. That's a bummer. Nice wheels for the price point; I was planning to have a spare set made up in 18's.

There are a handful of 18" sets floating around according to John @ CCW.

I had a polished set for a little while...
