Hurricane Sandy and East Coast 6Speeders
To all you guys up there in the path of Sandy, please hunker down and buy a generator. Just a little Honda generator got us through Hurricanes Rita and Ike.

4 miles from ocean. Sea bright closest. Main Street under 4' of water, and eye is still 130 miles away. Winds have been continuous and gusty to above 50. Thankfully power still on.

My family and I are out of the way in the southern US, however, my GT2, which I just got back from the shop is alone in my garage in Eastern Virginia. Hopefully it all remains standing and intact.

Yea if the hurricane meets the cold front from the Southwest, then it's all going to be snow possibly. That occurrence has never even been recorded in history though, so who knows what could happen!

I'm at work as we speak and from 10 am when I got here till now 2pm I have seen a dramatic increase in rain and wind... Guess we will see by 1am tonight when I close down..
It's suppose to be the worst for us here starting at 8 pm till Tuesday after midnight ..

All hunkered down here. My house is just outside of the flood zone, my mother however is 3 houses from the water here in Stratford, CT. She got about 2 feet of water on her first floor last year during Irene, this will be worse for sure. We evacuated her last night and she is now staying with me. Butzi is at a friend's shop and my other cars are also stored in dry places. We are now sitting tight.
