AAAAH SO...

THis forum is so informative. Thanks for the info about the dash not needing treatment... I'll just treat the seats..

MGoBlue - Yes, That should be a very interesting game.. history favors the Spartans in home games..

I'm in the same boat...i think the natural look is the best. Is this really bad?? Or even better is their a conditioner that leaves the leather looking like it did originally?

How about cow's butter? Why not, it comes from the same type of animal you sit on to drive.

It is not ok, if you are using a product which leaves behind a sticky or glossy finish then you are using garbage. Best Leather Cleaner Conditoner combo = Leatherique, but a equally good leather cleaner and conditioner is 4 star ultimate leather conditioner. You can find these products at www.leatherique.com and www.premiumautocare.com. Please be aware im not endorsed or associated with those websites in any way, just trying to spred the good news.

If you leave your leather unconditoned it starts to dry up, it will wrinkle faster and start to loose is flexibility and have tendencys to shrink and discolor. Take a look at Ferrari leather dashboard's, the 355 being the worse, why ? Because people never took the time to condition the leather on the dash and it shrunk.

I'm w/ you, on my personal cars I don't put any dash treatment or leather conditioner. I haven't treated the leather in my acura in 4 years and it still looks great

I've used Zaino and it's good stuff. I use Adam's now and am 100% pleased with it.....nice smell and seems to keep the leather soft & pliable longer.

I use the conditioner more for protecting the leather than for looks. The leather will continue to dry as it gets older and eventually start to crease badly and then crack.
Arling's leather never gets a chance to get old
