They would have to cut it all open and expand it.. IDK if its even doable... its a 2.3" OD on the OEM tip ...

We did it on a 996.. And you know what i think your right.. We took a cargraphic exhaust off that customers car and reused his tips which allowed us to cut them from the back side and open to 3".. Thats what we did..

So yes if its 2.3" OEM i would suggest not to use OEM tips unless they are opened up if even possible because IMO its just another choke point in the system..

now this really interests me!! i couldnt stand the drone i had with the gmg 3" w/c exhasut that came on the car. not only are the 4" tips butt ugly and dont follow the form of the bumper at all the noise was unbearable. i had the oem tips welded on and the noise is gone. did i really lose a substantial amount of power by doing this? its less than 12" total length at the very end of the exhaust.

HI,Thats great that you got your new turbos..
Are you going to flash a new tune in for them OR just do a data log and then get it situated??
Make sure you check to see what your wastegates are set at and then set the 3076 to the same or less if you are planning on running the k16 tune at first..
Enjoy your new rocket..
