I was going to suggest a Weldon pump as well. They have a big electric one that is good for like 1800HP on gas or 900 on alcohol\methanol D2035-A. I remember them having another one that was 2400 on gas and 1200 on meth but I don't see it anymore. Come to think of it, that must have been the mechanical one.
The mechanical would be a good way to go; no risk of pump motor going bad. The belt can go though if you do it belt driven, cog belt that is I am sure you could have come up with something to hard mount that thing to your crank pulley but with the turbos right there, it might be a bit tough. hehehe

RSOT is already running a big *** electric Weldon. Mechanical is the way to go IMO for this beast. If it were my car, I'd cnc a bracket to put the pump right where the AC compressor used to be. One would have to test to see if there would be enough grip off the OEM width accessory belt to spin that pump at the flow/pressure he needs. If not a cogged secondary off the crank pulley can be made but a custom rear cradle plate may be required for clearance.
