So what were the final 996 #'s along with Joe's (NY) from previously

JoeTwinT = 232 mph (?)
MCGT3 = 227 mph (Is this old KPG car that went 216 mph years ago ?)
Black H = 225 mph

Stacey's GT2 = ? (did it run) Evoms/Sloss old car

Todd or Mike, can you recap and what about 997's ?
Nice job guys, staying safe ?

Marty,

That is correct. Stacy's car was stuck because he ran out of gear. I think his best trap was 215 but he was hitting that speed before the 3/4 mark.

There were no big 997s. But there was a Protomotive 993 that went 204 on 24/18gs. Very impressive.

Those numbers are correct.

I ran at 30psi and was just out of gear and tire at the mile mark. The little 3.6 has more in it, I just need more fuel flow and RPM.

Stacy hit almost 187 at the 1/2 on two occasions, he would've put up a BIG number had he been geared correctly.

Todd has more left in his, just needs good rubber. He put up good numbers at the 1/2 and Mile, and will do more I would guess.

Hey John,

that is spectacular !!!! Could you share with us any of the following?

Does motor still have S/C on it ?

Bodywork pretty much stock ?

0-300 kph in seconds

0-200 mph in seconds

standing mile in seconds

This one will be very tough to beat.

Congrats to a great, safe effort !

It's a beauty, and the owner is a really nice guy. He was there in October trying for 200, and finally got it Sunday.

993 Turbo is one of the best cars they ever built IMHO. Have you seen what prices on a clean, unmolested one are doing.

That being said - I'm looking....

I owned one with Protomotive tune, I/C and turbos. Wish I would have never sold the thing. They are really fun and connected to drive !
