Buddy - good post.

I personally don't mind the (relatively) high production #s of the 996 (turbo) ... yes it hurts resale and the bling factor but more people get to enjoy the Porsche experience because of it.

anyway, surprising on this board that people are worried about resale values considering mods usually get nothing on resale (if not actually hurt the sale price)

if you want to flip cars every year or so a new 996 turbo seems to be a poor choice if depreciation is of prime concern.

very close to the above pics but with a slightly damaged front carbon lip, front red tow hook, dark tint, debadged rear, different rims (HRE 547s), silver exhaust tips instead of black, no front plate, ... and not sure if the above pics are polar or arctic.

will take more pics one of these days, my current pics are pretty crappy.
