Red Beast Dyno Numbers!

quote buddy
"Well we do have new Dyno numbers and they are bigger than before but it has been requested that I wait until the final tuning is done to reveal where we are at."
quote porschePhd
"Well I simply call it like I see it. I am a straight shooter and this is my opinion. Smoke screen for who? Not me, I have no stake in this."
"I can tell you that the car has not received any new parts and the last dyno numbers were damn impressive."
Stephen, since you have no stake it the Stage V, Buddy says the numbers are bigger than before, you know that no new parts have been used from what was advertised on the website and you know the last dyno numbers were "damn impressive." Then maybe you also know why anyone would request of buddy, "it has been requested that I wait until the final tuning is done to reveal where we are at," when Buddy had previously stated, "You guys will be the first to know after me!"
You are right about one thing, this has been beat to death. No more questions from me!

Chad,
Just to clear up the throtte body issue it is not a stock part it was custom fabricated by someone local at PES I have no idea what size it is I just know it is bigger than the development car. Same with the intake.
I will be happy to share any info with you guys when we are done. Doesn't make sense for me to put up another interim number for everyone to say "oh that sucks it should be more"

buddy.
recent quote from 6speedonline member after my latest dyno pull:
"Also, your torque is not that impressive. Assuming your shifting near redline, you spend most of your time with torque under 500 lb-ft. If you shift lower, your HP is not that great.
Your engine modifications are not as impressive as what I've seen from Ruf, Andial and Promotive. I've seen your intake and exhaust. It's very restrictive compared with others I've seen."
Buddy, do I give a rats *** about a negative opinion? NO! Did I stop posting? NO! All I really cared about is how the thread was rated. That is, what the majority of members at large thought. If it fell below average ....... then I said I would stop. Hell, the ratings shot up. Why let a few people who might not even have a clue ruin it for everyone. Hey, look at your thread rating, it has five stars. Need I say more.

Buddy,
I owe you and PES an apology. Based on one of the Stage 5 affiliated websites, I was under the assumption the Stage 5 was a tested and proven product. That is to say, all anyone had to do is deliver their 996tt and a week later they got it back with 700 hp. I understand PES installed your stage 5 and I just reviewed the PES website. I have to congraduate them on their honesty and straight forwardness. They state their "goal" is approximately 700 hp. In addition they say it is under development. In my eyes, the best thing they say is, they want to provide a quality approximate 700 hp at a very reasonable price.
Having just read their website, it has removed the misunderstanding I had. Best of luck to both of you at attaining your 700 hp goal.

Yeah, I would have hoped it would be done by now too. But, at this point it doesn't really matter because it is staying on the West Coast for the shootout now. Latest update I had was upper 520's at all four wheels. Have not heard anything lately.

527 hp at all four wheels equates supposedly to around
703 hp at the flywheel!!!!
I think they are working on the Race Gas program now and will probably find a bit more hp in that scenario.
