Porsche Turb___

Well, after 1 year and 17 days of owing my 01 Turbo, I finally had my car vandalized. I went out last night to Bay Cafe in Canton, MD, and this morning realize that I now own a Porsche Turb_. I figure some punk *** kid wanted to add the word Turbo to their VW or other ****box they are driving. Anyway figured it was not a Porsche "hater" since there are no other marks or key marks on the car. Figured he tried to pry the Turbo lettering off with a key, and when it broke at the O, he gave up and left. He ended up leaving about a 1 inch scratch at the top of where the O would be.

Does anyone know besides the dealer where I can get the Turbo lettering from. Tried Ebay, but none seem to be OEM parts. I plan on moving the lettering down about a 1/4 inch to cover the scratch. Also does anyone know what the lettering costs? Thanks for any response.

That sucks man. Fortunately the rest of your car is intact. I'd just find one on ebay...there a bunch...

Really, I can appreciate the offer, but would be willing to pay for it and of course the shipping. If serious, I can PM you my mailing address and would need yours to know where to send you a check. Thanks!

Haha, that was funny 2thfixr. I am thankful that you didn't try to get the rest of the emblem off and scratch more of my car.

Anyway, I have Ken sending me one. Wow what a surprise to have someone I have never met just help me out and send me something since I need it. I always figure in life, what comes around goes around. Ken thanks again.

In another group I have been involved with for more than twenty years Ken's act is called "PIF", which stands for Pay It Forward. The idea is to give help when needed whenever you can and when your time comes or it your turn to need help you will have already paid. IT WORKS ! GOOD ON YOU KEN !
