Thoughts on Breyton Race GTSR-PF

I have been looking for wheels for some time now that look nice while updating the car (not to bling. bling either), sit flush without spacers, wider wheels, not cost more then buying a new economy car and very important weight considerable less then my Forged stock 997 wheels.

I think I have hit the nail on the head, but think it's odd that I have not seen these around here on more Porsche's especially with it filling all the above!!

FrontReg:$889ea Discontinued pricing: $599ea

RearReg: $949 Discontinued pricing: $699ea

Most light weight wheels I was looking at look nothing like these and are very "blah" or they look very bling. Even the wheels I have really liked liked the 360 Forged SL10's are gorgeous wheels, but are heavier and almost two times the cost!

These wheels have the concave look, update the car, Light weight (as in saving 20lbs off of my 997 turbo forged wheels!) and the price EVEN AT FULL retail seem like it is too good to be true!

I am leaning heavy towards these wheel, so if there is something that the Porsche world knows about theses wheels, I am eager to listen.

I did the math with the seller for the offsets of these wheels and they would fit and fit pretty flush with my 305 in back and 235 in front.

Is there any wheels experts here that might confirm that it would fit, being these wheels that are 12" in back especially with these offsets (see above)or if I would have any problems with them?

Thanks

Bobby Ali

You'll need 7mm spacers front and rear to get the proper fitment...... 40-45ET front and 44ET rear will give you a nice flush fit with out rubbing the liners..

Is the above taking into account the 12" out back?

To everyone thanks for your input! I think I might just pull the trigger if water meth doesn't win the battle. My car is coming out this Friday with KW V3 and RSS toe links, new Zimmermann Rotors all around, Pagid yellows all around and RSS SS Brake lines!

I have waited 1year to lower my car "properly" and am very excited! They sent me pictures (see attached), but it was too low and I asked them to higher it 1/2". I am just trying to imagine these wheels on my car and would of like if I could of photo shopped these wheels into the attached Photo.

I just wanted wheels to finish it up, but the pull to balance the extra stopping and handling power with more power is alluring!

Thanks

Bobby Ali

I just got some 19" F14s I found in stock somewhere. Had I not, I would have gotten these ones. VERY nice look indeed. The only thing I would mention is consider your tire sizing. Its not clear whether you're going to a 225 front? Also note the issues with 325/25/19 supply and selection (slim). I just did the reads myself and came away with the impression that the optimum awd friendly sizing is

245/35/19
305/30/19

I had it worked out with Tire Rack with my current set up 235 and 305's.

I did a photoshop on my car of these wheels, but does not do the wheels justice. The real beauty of these wheels is seeing them from an angle. This way you see the concave and depth of the wheels!

Thanks

So tempting considering how light and how inexpensive. I just don't want 19s again, 18s would be so money. Also, Tire Rack only has silver available and I wanted black. Is there another source for these besides Tire Rack?

Thanks for sharing the photoshop
