Talking Coolant lines weld in retro kit?

Does anyone know where I can purchase the coolant weld in retrofit kit for all 8 coolant fittings?

The stock ones are too thin to be welded so a kit was made, I just do not know who sells it and where it can be purchases.

Anyone?

I'd check with Sharkwerks, they are in your neck of the woods.

AWD Motorsports ebay store has their kit, too:

Please file a report with the link listed in the announcement section - the NHTSA is investigating these reports and may take action to help owners who have the M64 block engine.

Thanks, after digging in I did find them readily available. Question is are they required at all and can we weld the existing pipes? Maybe they are too thin?

Anyone with any experience?

These kind of failures are nothing new. A friends Panamera turbo experienced identical catastrophic coolant line separation failure identically to my 10 year old turbo.

From the look of things it seems like Porsche is still using the glue even today...
