Cargraphic Export Loud Being Fitted today

To be honest, I'm dreading potential resonance as I have 1) a Tiptronic and 2) Removed all the interior sound insulation but lets see ... pick it up later

Get ready. Good news, you won't have to try and make conversation with passengers. Or for that matter, you won't have to think because you won't be able to hear that either.

Like to hear what you think of the setup. Why did you pull out the sound insulation?

Not mine, not ever. There is no resonance. Had the Europipe stage 2 loud which had FAR MORE drone at every RPM.... Only thing is the removal of sound insulation, cannot attest to that

With hundreds of cargraphic sysytems on the road to date, this is the the 1st and only complaint of drone or resonation we have heard! Definitely very suprising.

I love mine and I have no sound insulation (GT2). No "drone" at all. At easy around town driving it is not that loud, but put your foot to it and its magnificent.

OK in reality

First of all I guess I should qualify this post by saying

1. My OEM exhaust had the secondary 200 cell cats removed and 100 cell FVD primary race cats installed.

2. I (fortunately) have a Ferrari Stradale with hyperflow cats,
nothing on earth can be louder than that

3. BUT I do hate resonance and took my Fabspeed off my previous 996 Cab, just keeping race cats

The Cargraphic Export LOUD is essentially quieter than I expected. Nice deep sound on start up and when moving off, bit like a cross between a 993 and a 996 with the Porsche Sport exhaust valve system.

Some nice overun sounds, when you come off the pedal. At WOT
again nice and responsive but similar to my modded exhaust.

Quality is probably nothing like a Europipe but I knew that and its definitely much lighter than an OEM.

I wouldn't even expect to get pulled over by the rather diligent Swiss Police.

SO THANKS to all of you who persuaded me to bite the bullet of the Export LOUD vs the SOUND version, its just what I wanted
