Hey does anyone know of a compitent Porsche tuner/tech in South Carolina. A friend just picked up a 996 turbo and want to get an exhaust and turbos installed. He is located in the Hilton Head area but will travel if need be.

I don't know of anything in the Carolinas. Hendrick here in Charlotte has done turbo mods like chip flashing and bigger turbos. There are good tuners in Atlanta. Couple of the guys on this board have used them and gave good reports.

There is also a really good shop outside of charlotte called Eurowerks their number is 704-882-6466 Jim is a Porsche Master Tech. If he is too far for you he could also recomend a good shop closer to your area.
