You will need PST2 or PIWIS or Durametric to reset the airbag light. Most codes can be reset with a battery disconnect soft reset, but some can't.

You prob turned the ign on wioth the airbag disconnected to test the door latch and thats why the airbag light is on. It will need to be reset.
