Fuel return line where to plumb from?

I am running Oem pump with inline 044 with dash 8 feed lines. I just put new pumps in and I'm seeing 145psi base with 044 running. With just front pump on I'm seeing 60psi which is close enough to the 4bar reg. turn on 044 it slowly climbs to 145psi. On the dyno once you roll into it pressure will fall back to 60psi by 5000rpm and hold.

I'm guessing I need a dash 6 return line? Where do most run plumb the dash 6 from? Should I keep cooler in line and plumb after that?

At idle it should be about 53 psi.. 3.4 bar... thats assuming you are on a OEM FPR...

check immediately the the black plastic line going to the FPR... the vacuum line... if it popped off at the rubber connector it will run 60 psi at idle...

fuel pressure is 1 to 1 ratio so it should go up with boost... if not you have a major blow up problem so be careful...

Running 4 bar bosch reg in factory position.

Checked and it's plumbed. Thinking maybe that vac line has one way valve stopping boost going to it. Will check. I think given such high base that falls once on a pull it's a return flow issue. Where would you run or start your dash 6 return from?

What pressure do you see at idle when you put an inline 044 in?

Yes, with dash 8 line feeding rail. Factory crossover to second rail.

Mine was not at wot but at idle. Have you put a pressure gauge on it to see what's what.? It's the only way to really know.

At idel the car is fine , but WOT lambda go rich (.73)
The tune is set the lambda to (.80) !!!

I think i may installed the elctronic wiring wrong or FPR hose is bad or connect to check valve .. Etc etc !!

Whats the size of fuel hoses should be ? Am useing 6AN hoses and 6an fittings !!!

I'm using -8. Just to clarify you added the 044 inline and afr went rich at WOT, if so you will need to pull some fuel from up top via the tune. It won't be a return issue.
