Sure there is some fast supras up by you go pick on them
2006 is the key to Ur statement . New liter bikes and big motor sport touring bikes like busas and zx14s are nuts. They all run 9s out of the box and the s1000 traps about 150 stock. I have ran and beat many bikes liters and busas, and the older mild ones are cake.

This is one ... Never had a chance even with me at 24-25psi

SpoolBus 996tt Porsche vs. 2005 Suzuki GSXR-1000 Bike 40-160mph roll - YouTube
According to numerous post from owners and articles from bike mags,

the Suzuki 1000 and Honda 600 have very close 1/4 mile and trap speeds.

That's for stock bikes.

The 2007 CBR runs an average of 10.6 @ 135 mph.

I ran this bike from a 45 roll and I didn't pull him a few lengths. I walked

off and left him. And I never hit the top of 5th gear!

This side of a turbo Hayabusa, I'm not worried about any bikes.

my stock s1000rr made 180 whp!total weight with driver 640lb and i use to trap 147-148! so you will need a 1000hp/3000lb to beat a s1000rr from 60-160 max ! after that aerodynamic is terrible for the bike!

Shoot me a pm with the criteria for logging.

I gotta say, the ProEfi exceeded my expectations. The car is fast in every
respect of the word and it has power everywhere!

I had a blazingly fast setup before. My alpha28 setup ran a 5.3 60-130 and
it had plenty of top end as well. But, 1st and 2nd and often 3rd, was just
gobs of power robbing wheel spin. It was a tedious process to feather the
clutch and to try and modulate the low end torque.

With the ProEfi, you can surgically tune the car to put down near maximum
power throughout the rpm band and do so without turning the tires to toast.
And there are so many failsafes to protect your engine, you can beat on it
without fear of blowing your car up

Thanks, Garth

Failsafes aside, is it safe to assume that you would be able to afford 2+ built engines for the cost of what you've put into the proefi? I suppose the argument would be to build it once and build/tune it right. Why bother going through engines if you can make one last... well... forever in relative terms?

On the cars I've seen them on, Evolution, E46 M3, and your 996, they are outstanding. While the up front cost of $2-4000 for an ECU and harness doesn't seem too steep, the 40-80 hours of fine tuning is where the money is.

Granted your car is far from an off the shelf setup.

I can confidently say that even after the money you've put into it, it's going to be hard to find a machine that will perform on the same level.

Looking forward to the day I get to take a **** in your seat.... lol.

Very cool. That's a nice alternative to just rows and rows of numerical data.

The ProEfi is a really neat 3D graph for tuning. You can look it up on

youtube. It takes a little explaining to properly assimilate the info but it's

fairly simple, thank God, and then your set.

Darren, I'm a full disclosure guy! I'll be the first one to tell the guys, this

isn't for the budget minded lol. And the up front cost is about 4500.00

with the can display and needed sensors. You will need to invest another

4 or 5k in tuning when it's all said and done. I believe that cost will drop

dramatically because of guinea pigs like myself. Topgun is working with

Jason and Evoms on a 1300 whp Porsche and a couple others are building

in the 1000 hp range. The ProEfi guys will have this down to an exact

science in a couple more months. Of course there will be variations of

builds and engine specific nuances, but they will whittle this thing down

in short order.

In 3 months, the tuning time will be cut in half, ergo the cost will be cut

in half.

And as far as taking a sh** in my seat.....well it has its share of ex wives,

teenage kids and business related anxiety. It's like ProEfi, it's not for

the budget minded

a newer busa with bolt ons and a good rider will give u a good run. so would a S1000RR that bike is nuts, so is the new ZX10r and Gixxer 1k. All newer ones are 9 sec bikes with a good rider. as far as CBR600 from 07 being a 10sec bike that is a stretch, one of my good friends had one and it eventually ran a high 10 but it was 11sec DUD for a while.... he can dragrace/ride too bit heavy for 600 tho. either way ur car absolutely has what it takes to take on and beat the fast bikes so go out and find some
