ProEfi, E85 996TT hit's the 4's!!!

I can't wait to see the performance figures.... I fully expect 4.5s 60-130
when the temps drop into the 50s and I'll be hitting the drag strip next
month. We're anticipating 9.7s. Your build is 400 whp + over mine and
I can't fathom how fast it is.
As a side note, at 70% ethanol this car pushes 28 lbs of boost. Heat soak
is minimal and back to back runs produce near identical results. Amazingly
consistent and light years ahead of stock ecu and race gas.

I figured I'd post this link here since this thread always seems to be at the top.

Noticed that somehow there are no 996's registered yet.
Congrats on the progress Randy. I'm just wondering how long your wallet's safe. It doesn't look promising all things considered. At least if you go bigger you've already got most of the hard stuff knocked out.
Good to see that you are now playing nice with everyone. Scott did a great job straightening you out. You didn't even realize it was happening
P.S. Something is missing in this thread...

the sunroof.... my wallet is not safe.
Playing nice with everyone? I always play nice with everyone. I actually teach others
the art of managing difficult people lol. However, I usually find myself running with
scissors, I often eat my desert first, I question ALL authority and convention and I am
at my heart, a libertarian with a leaning towards anarchism.
Scott straightening me out? Scott is a career government worker and he drives
a GTR. He could never understand a man like me, much less straighten me out.

True, but if you were on a dingy bobbing back and forth on the Ocean, w/ 2 Somali Pirates holding guns to a hostages head, he would still take and complete a hundred yard shot.

That is, if I haven't talked them into abandoning their clandestine trade
to open call centers for me in the Philippines. And this could be
accomplished without a single shot fired.

It's definitely a built motor. Additionally, the ProEfi has multiple fault
management strategies and octane / ethanol percentages are calculated
on the fly and the ems makes the appropriate adjustments.
Obviously nothing is foolproof, but this is about as close as you can get.
