Hey All,

I'm not personally a Porsche owner, but a couple of buddies and I are total gearheads... one of them recently purchased a modded 996TT, so I have gotten 'sucked' into the Porsche world.

I'm not in the market for buying a Porsche myself, but I'm enjoying reading all your build threads and videos. I've driven my friend's Porsche (~480 whp), and it's a blast! Can't imagine some of you with 700+ to the tire. I follow all the high horsepower wars (TT Lambos, GTR, etc.), so I'm very interested in seeing the numbers some of you 'big dogs' will be putting down at the mile events, Texas Invitational, etc.

Just thought I'd say "Hi", and post a couple of vids of my friend's Porsche. One video is a couple of Mexico roll-ons with a 500 rwhp C5 Z06, the other video is a "test" video to get some audio footage of the Porsche with my GoPro+external mic.

In the first video the 996 has 480hp, the second video it has 600hp. Which is it?

 

480 whp in both videos. Roock RST600 package.

 

I believe he's saying 480whp and 600 crank hp.
