are you getting them powdercoated? whatever they do paint etc dont let them get anything inside the piston bores. i had a set almost ruined due to that. the silicone coating can be scratched very easily.

I remember rebuilding my Porsche calipers for my MINI Cooper and they were a bit of a pain. New seals, pistons, clips, silicone lube, a thorough clean and you're good to go. I powdercoated calipers before and painted the ones for my MINI, unless you are going to track hardcore painting will do but you need a high-temp primer... the same process Brembo does (they don't powdercoat), gives you the flexibility to paint your calipers any color you want.
