In any event, good to see Rob representing the 996's. We have given you **** over the years, but you have proven to be a solid guy I can respect.

Still trying to convince the wife to come over for the old Nip/Tuck.

I want to see Mullet and Jamie line up together. I bet living in Marin has made Jamie soft, what with the wine tastings, cops with tailpipe sniffers, and far left politics.

The official TX2K Roll Race Nationals teaser vid...this was filmed by Hightechcorvette during our testing day at TWS on 1/31/14. Just a preview of what's to come on 3/12-3/13. The official TX2K14 event shirts are at the printer and will be available for purchase starting Wednesday March 12, 2014 at the TX2K Roll Race Nationals Event. Thanks to 914 Grafix for designing and printing the shirts this year! They do some pretty awesome work and do much more than just shirts.

Info for those of you going to the dyno day and drag days on parking:

As promised last year, we will have Supra/GTR/Lambo/Exotic parking reserved. Please see the maps below that show where ONLY those makes/models will be able to park.

Dyno Day and Night Meet (Fri)



Drag Race Days (Sat and Sun)

 

Last year we closed down the park at the end of the Dyno Day and opened the park back up for the Night Meet. This year, we do not plan to do that and once the Dyno Day is finished we will move right into the Night Meet. The schedule will be as follows:
4:30 Dyno Day Awards Presentation
5:00-7:00 ¼ Mile Grudge Racing at Lonestar Motorsports Park, 50 cars, first come first serve, tech cards will be available at the fuel barn FREE OF CHARGE (only charge is entry fee to Lonestar)
7:00-8:00 Blind folded Gymkhana Slalom on the track for time…winner gets $500 CASH
9:00-10:00 Burnout contest…winner gets $1,000 CASH
10:00-11:00 BIKINI CONTEST (will be the biggest and best we’ve ever had)

Throughout all of this action the live band will be playing and the track will be serving beer.

Also we are putting 16 high intensity movable lights to light up all the fields and parking areas at Lonestar for the Night Meet. Additionally we will have 16 uniformed Police Officers patrolling the grounds and 10 non-uniformed (plain clothes) officers patrolling the grounds. The event will be well lit and well secured.
