I'm not familiar with that particular car, but here's my feedback:
It's relatively low mileage, but it's been consistently driven over the years. Porsches like to be driven and tend to have fewer issues when they aren't super low mileage, so I'd say this car is right in the sweet spot.
Secondly, the car still has the OEM orange side markers. Changing those out for the gray euro side markers is usually the first mod anybody does, so that speaks well to the fact this car may never have been modded at all. On the flip side, yellow is one of the few colors where people think the OEM ones look better than gray. But given the condition of the rest of the car, and the lack of any sign of mods, I think this is a pure stock example.
Last, the car does have one very undesirable option: supple leather. This leather tends to show its age much more quickly than the regular perforated leather. However, given, the age and mileage of this example, the leather is in excellent condition, so it appears to have both been out of the sun most of its life, and the leather was also maintained / treated regularly. That speaks well to it probably being mechanically maintained pretty well too, which the overall excellent paint and interior condition speaks to as well.
Overall, this car looks very clean. You definitely need to get a PPI of course, and do an extended test drive (15+ miles each on both city and highway) but all in all it looks good.

That is a fine looking example, beautiful. I will add that the ceramic brake option can be an issue when it comes time to replace, they do not come cheap! The exhaust tips do not look stock but may be for the Turbo S. Take it for a drive and get a PPI and enjoy, looks fabulous.

The car has had 2 owners, but the most recent owner only owned the car for about 9 months. I was hoping to hear from anyone familiar with the car or its owners. No maintenance records.

Thanks for your feedback. I'm pretty sure they're the optional exhaust tips.

I've got an '04 TT Cab x50 that I bought about 2 years ago for $56K. It had perforated leather, 32K miles on it and was otherwise damn fine. This seems like a fair price.
Those are the optional tips, but they were on mine, too. PCCBs as well. I don't track mine, and I now have 57K miles on it, and plenty of rotor and pads left.

Thanks for the replies. A search of the VIN revealed that it was for sale in TX for ~$52k last fall. It looks like the car is missing the headlight washer cap on the passenger side. Do you guys have any estimate what this car is truly worth? Thanks!

[QUOTE=teflon_jones;4046391]I doubt it's belonged to anyone on this board then. Guys on here tend to hold on the the rarer cars like a Turbo S, especially in a highly desirable color.
I agree, I own an 05 blue cobalt cabriolet turbo S which has 24k original miles (and I also plan to keep it) which I do not race, and I have several maintenace services (at least once a year), with 40k miles why would it not have service records? Not what you are looking for in replies, but I would make sure I have the PPI.

ETMLD - Great looking car.
67427- According to the late RobertP who always was able to give you specific production numbers, you and I have 2 of the 4 cobalt blue turbo S cabs. I have yet to meet another. PM me if you get the chance.
